			<description><![CDATA[<p>I was just on the California Lottery site and was looking at the number of winners they had in their first drawing. The payouts don&#x27;t match the amounts that are shown by Mega Millions.Examples: 5 matches $250,000 California paid out $290,411, 4+1 matches $10,000 California paid out $7,920, 4 matches $150 California $189, 3+1 $150 California $166.
