It does look pretty close to expected in Texas. Midday was a little less and Evening was a little more than expected. I have given these numbers a bias going against them in my calculations for exactly the reason you pointed out above. I have been mentioning in a few threads that the numbers that many of us (at least I am one!) consider rare actually hit quite often and probably should not be overlooked when you are deciding which numbers to play.
