Pepsi would not have been responsible for the $1,000,000,000 prize. There are not that dumb. What companies do is purchase insurance from a company. They purchase a policy for x amount of dollars and in case of the event that there was a winner the insurance company would have to cover it. Brad

I agree with this. I don't believe winning this promotion is possible. I rather stick to lottery games.

The whole pepsi billions thing was a scam. You had to have a winning cap that was accepted by the website probably in a non-random way so the people would look good for the TV show where you might have a chance at winning the billion. Pepsi just took an insurance policy against someone winning the TV show. It's better to look at real lotteries instead of that nonscence.

Hi, I think if no one win, the jakpot can roll to 1 billion!!and if you like cash, you can receive about one third of the advertised amount ...1 billion divided by three, you get about $350,000,000 fresh cash !?Later, you have to deal with being disturbed, heee...heee...But finally, money's still the best ....huh
