			<description><![CDATA[<p>FAT 16 probably refers to the file allocation table, which is your computer&#x27;s lookup for files on disk.  The application program (LDIR) can&#x27;t find the files. You can run CHKDSK (check disk) to fix the file system.  If the files are corrupted, you&#x27;ve probably lost the data. You probably should do a SCANDISK as well to fix the fragmentation.
