Well, from my understanding, Lifetime prize scratchers are very popular in PA. So they decided to do the same with a new online game. It hasn't worked, until now. Since moving to Mondays Thursdays, there have been a lot more players and winners, 2 lifetime winners today. But it's probably just a bubble. Maybe they'll come up with something better soon. Not that I hate annuities. But I hate just getting 1 play for $2.

And that's something I really wish they'd do. Would it be so hard to replace the lifetime prize with a growing annuity/cash jackpot, and make the instant win an optional feature.

Not so fast. I found out that Quick Cash is being replaced with DC Daily 6. It's 2 plays for a dollar (yay!), it has a bonus ball (double yay!), and it has a $1 prize for matching 3/6 (triple yay!). And it's still a 6/39. So in a way, Quick Cash isn't going anywhere. It's just changing, for the better!
