			<description><![CDATA[<p>Actually, you have to analyze each lotto game. I&#x27;ve noticed in some games that particular numbers stay hot over time. Picking the time when they&#x27;re going to hit is another matter. I usually like to look at numbers that have been hot over 50 to 100 games, but have been cold over say the last ten games. It works sometimes, but is anything but reliable. I suppose, the converse could be said about cold numbers.</p>]]></description>
