There used to be a national 800# for the Minnesota Lottery, where you could get Powerball/Hot Lotto results. That's how I found out about PB without getting on a computer.

Who's going to foot that bill for a 800 number? You know, it costs a lot of money to do something like that, which is why I doubt you'll find such a thing.Internet access points are everywhere. If you're on the road a lot, your main computer should be a laptop, not a desktop. Go to just about any coffee shop and you'll get free wireless internet service with your laptop.

Try visiting the public libraries and logging onto http://www.usamega.com/ Both are free. Also, a lot of the cell phone companies now provide the internet as an option.
