			<description><![CDATA[<p>I call this system the  Cosmic System , because the payouts  telescope  into other prize levels. One can decide to play a game that requires at least 2 out of 5, at least 3 out of 5, at least 4 out of 5, and must match all 5. And the harder the game, the bigger the prize. Or, they can simply telescope the upper prizes into the lower prizes.
