Wow, don't see that often. Especially in the single digits, which is supposedly even less likely due to only 9 single balls. I am not sure who would pick 3,4,5,6,7, and then jump up to 23. That just ain't logical. But neither is the lottery

Here's what I think of it:Congrats to the winners, though... looks like payouts were a lot less than normal.. 21 tickets matched 5 of 6 for only $699?!?!? 1244 tickets matched 4 of 6... only $21??? EWWWWWW!!!Look below, and you'll see what I really think.
