I agree that it is a scam site..why in the world would someone who thought they were purchasing lottery information want with a book on how to write grants? Makes no sense..

I wouldn't touch it with a 10-foot pole. It is the same recycled garbage that all the quick-buck scammers use. I wouldn't even recommend someone buying it as a test . A total waste of your money, IMHO.
