			<description><![CDATA[<p>Strictly for straight wins only........... I&#x27;ve found a revised version. I also found that i&#x27;ve seen close hits of by just one number....like for 369, the winner was 712. I had 711. Off by one.For 528 I had 368...It came out 369. Off by one.So.....I decide to off-set the original set by one either way. Low and High. So far it&#x27;s been higher by one, Three times in a row. Using 528 as an example... I changed it 529, yet still adding 5+2+8+10. Factors could be the case here. What factors, do we use to determine the outcome? I will have to test this for a couple of weeks to make sure it&#x27;s not just a fluke.I hope It works, but this is what I did.Two nights ago the winning number for Florida was 224. Last night&#x27;s winning number was 528.I added the 224 and the sum equals 8.      2+2+4=8By adding 8 to the number 224, I would get 232, adding another 8=240 and so on.By continually adding 8 I came up to the number 528.
