QUADS from now till the end of 2005

I like 9999 in Indiana, but I think a quad will fall in Kentucky. Kentucky seems to me to have a better quad turn out the other states.

Since I dreamt the other night about Triple 2's and got startled awake from it and my clock read 2:22AM, I going to have to favor the 2's on this call. Besides these are the last two months of the calendar year!Since I live in PA I'll report back if that hits

I'm going with the 2's for Virginia. It has never been drawn as a QUAD, but it's been drawn the most number of times as a TRIPLE in Pick 4 - a total of 37 times (the last date being Oct. 28 2005).
