I would play only my best pick if I can only play one state and one number. I would play that number for two draws. If it doesn't hit I would take the 2 draws and consider it's relatives, pattern, followers, mates, mirrors and past history to see what direction my state went in and follow with it.

Assuming that I was restricted to one state in which I played my one number, I would switch up daily. However, if I could play all states using just one combo, I would keep the same number.

Hmmm...If I only had one number, I'd probably do a new number everyday. Or I'd keep it for a day or two then switch.

If you only had the budget to bet one pick three number every draw would you be better off using the same number everytime or change the number for every pick. In both cases it is assumed you did your your analysis for the best number(s) possible.
