I had been suggesting a new HL matrix, but now I think the Lotto Silver concept should be made part of HL without changing the jackpot odds.

Yeah, Hot Lotto should be like the Illinois Lotto, and start its jackpots at $2 million annuity with minimum rollovers of $500,000 (IL Lotto's minimum rollovers are actually $250,000, but keep in mind it draws three nights a week, and its minimum rollover when it had only two was $500,000). However, it probably needs more states to join before it can do that.

HL's best chance to stick around beyond 2006 is for OK to join withing months after PB starts there, and for MUSL to change the matrixes (currently 5/39 + 1/19) to make bigger jackpots possible for enticing more states to join.

After powerball I think OK will work toward a Pick 4 and Pick 5 game first. Just my opinion.

Who knows. It seems like a game that could work for Oklahoma, but then again, they might go for something in-state like Super Kansas Cash instead. Or they might just leave it at that. I really can't guess.

I guess no CASH Only. I think Hot Lotto may be gone after 2006. Hot Lotto bonus game should be replaced with a 6 number game.

OK will sell Powerball tickets beginning 1/12/2006. I'm thinking whether Hot Lotto makes it beyond 2006 is whether the OK Lottery joins it.
