I voted 'Not sure'. Mainly because I feel so adamant about the issue.I think anyone who believes any kind of game at all can't be rigged is deluding himself. Can be and will be.I play blackjack on a shoe game. Stupid, seems to me, but I do it, even though I have no reason to believe it's not rigged occasionally, and that it probably is. I voted yes...ban all computerized draws. I will not play any lottery game that has computerized draws. Indiana is losing a bundle of money from me this year. I'm on holiday right now in Indiana and am only playing a little Power Ball. I'll save my money for the states that have ball drawn pick 5 games.

And plus it's exciting watching the drawings. It's slow enough to press each digit as it's being drawn. I remember when bowling went to computerized score keeping. It took something away from the game.

i honestly feel like players are getting a fair deal with balls.with computers you never ever know if the numbers are being manipulated because you can't see what goes on behind the scenes.with ball drawings you have visual proof that things are fair........like jimmysand said SEE is the key word here.POWERPLAYER i do think some of the computer drawings might be fair but some are not.indiana is one place you never want to play,lol

Both ball machines and computers have biases. But ball machines have one thing that no computer has, transparency. You can't see what the computer's doing. Heck, you can't even see the person operating it. But ball machines are made from clear plexiglas, you can see the balls getting blown, or spun, or whatever.

I did some reading on the Kansas lottery web page and it says this under the FAQ's:The drawings for Super Kansas Cash, Pick 3 and Keno are done at a secured location in Topeka, Kansas. A computerized random number generator is used for those drawings.Now I know california states that they have 3 computers and they are rotated dailyThey don't mention anything about more then one and a secured location....then there was this on there page:The Lottery is overseen by a five-person Lottery Commission... they do rotate machines in ball drawings.but since kansas is a computerized state they have an RNG that spits out a number each night.obviously it was frozen or something because as you seen it kept giving out the same number.on ball drawings things are a little more fair because the balls are drawn and can be seen.with computers you never know if its being manipulated or what........

LottoMike,Computerized drawing work but, they have flaws just like ball drawings have a bias to them.I voted not sure becuase I have made a lot of money off the PA Mid-Day in the last 3 months.It's computerized and I don't have a problem with it....as long as I'm winning!!I'm wondering something. 3 nights same #'s. hmm I thought they rotate machines.PP

after the fiasco in kansas where the same pick 3 number comes up three days in a row.don't this set a good example that computerized draws don't work
