But I think you will find what appears to be abnormalities in both the Ball drawings and the Computer drawings. California (Computer)Mostly High = 36.7%  Mostly Low = 63.3%Even Sums = 46.7%  Odd Sums = 53.3%Most Drawn Digit = 0 (36.7%)Least Drawn Digit = 5 (10.0%)Connecticut (Balls)Mostly High = 38.5%  Mostly Low = 61.6%Even Sums = 38.4%  Odd Sums = 61.5%Most Drawn Digit = 3 (42.3%)Least Drawn Digit = 0 (15.4</p>]]></description>

LosingJeff can fill you in on how their computerized drawings produce fewer winners than most states by far, and certainly totally out of proportion of the state population / player base.Don&#x27;t you see?  It&#x27;s a myth that the RNG will make the drawings more predictable.
