Mike, I think you're on the right track for some Pick 5 games but, slightly off on others. I'm not up on all of the Pick 5 games because I don't have the time but, being from Ohio, I watch the Rolling Cash 5 for my wife who likes to play when the jackpot is high.

For Rolling Cash 5, I find that the first 2 best bets are on positions 1 and 5 and being decades 1's and 30's.

Positionally based on the last 460 drawings.

I used to fool with Ohio's rolling cash early on last year. The best I ever did was 3 of 5. Otherwise, I have been one high one low on 5 of 5 several times. I was playing the sums and going back on the past 4-5 draws to pick my numbers.

I hope you nail it soon; I think you deserve it considering your perseverance.

I am new to this picking numbers.

If you are interested in the cash 5 for Colorado, you can chart the hot and cold numbers on COLOTTO.com. It is a great website. You can chart each month or several months etc.

Delores247 has helped me chart the hot numbers for Feb.

I am still trying to understand how to use the wheels.

I am working on the pick 5's myself... :) Never could get anyone to tell me how to start working this particular lotto... so away I went on my own. Amazing since I share about everything I put together for the lotto on pick 3 and 4's.

I made a list of numbers from 1 to ? (whatever the highest ball your state has) and then took the previous 20 draws to make a chart. Each time a number is drawn, put a check mark on your list. When all finished, you will be able to see what numbers are hot a... [ More ]

thanks greg.i looked at a lot of ball drawn states and noticed certain numbers i like.then i decided to trim the odds with my numbers by only going as high as 29 in my matrix.in all the 5/39 games i take all the 30's out.then after that i just play a pattern a numbers.

example-

5-13-18-24-29

5-13-19-24-28

5-14-19-23-28

kind of like a wheel in a way but i put my own distinct spin on it.......
