Sure

Doesn't matter where you live. You get a check.

The winnings are part of your estate and if you die, it passes to whoever is in your will. Lacking a will, it would depend on the laws of that Country how it gets divided.

I don't know anything about the legal side of it, but if you don't have to be a US citizen to play, then why would the payments fizzle for the last 15 years if you had to go back home?

Do the non citizens HAVE to take Cash, or if they are on a compulsory annuity based on where they purchased their ticket the pay would be deposited in their account annually regardless of where they lived or their citizenship status.

Hi All Members,

This is a legal Qs regarding the lottery system:

Suppose some person on temporary work visa wins a lottery. Now if the lottery payment is in annual installments(which is around 20 years) and the work visa(which is around 6 years) of the person expires say after another 5 years; then in such a case is that person entitled to get the remaining amount for the next 15 installments.
