			<description><![CDATA[<p>When is the Hoosier Lottery going to offer a .50 cent daily game ticket so that poor people like me can play? Why is Indiana one of the few States not offering a 50 cent game. Of course, I realize that its nice for you guys to receive a full dollar each time, but come on, give us poor Hoosiers a break! Who knows, since the daily game payouts are the worse in the US, just maybe a 50 cent game would boost your poor sales.</p>]]></description>
