Todd, I don't know whether someone have suggested this or not but sometimes I wish we had this feature on the prediction page.

To be able to select all states to post predictions but de-select the states you want to do state specific. I have around 15 numbers that I want to be in most of the states except around 6 but want to do state specific on the 6.
