When you have money, everybody wants a piece of it and that&#x27;s what you have to try to hide from.  In Louisiana, trusts, corporations, and LLCs can claim lottery prizes and in the past, I&#x27;ve only seen them give the name of the entity claiming the ticket and not the members involved. It doesn&#x27;t matter if it&#x27;s a Trust of LLC or whatever the state will allow.  Just like a corporation, the members who form the trust are listed. Lawmakers do not like to make changes unless it causes major problem. When it does, it catches their attention like with coal miners. This is just one of the examples. I think if I won a smaller jackpot people would not come around as much as if I had a big jackpot.  I would refuse the press conference and just let the lottery do a press release. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>In Maryland, you can chose to remain anonymous, and I would.  Having said that, I also know that it is dependant on the size of the Jackpot Winnings.  If it is the size of the record that PB was recently, I would get it over with because someone is still going to Freedom of Information my behind if I win something ridiculously large.  I would do one press conference and say no more than 30 words.
