			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yes, it&#x27;s called Positional Charting and Wheeling or Group Wheeling. You put your positional picks (numbers your expect to fall into the ticket positions) into groups based on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. positions on the ticket. You pick from those groups or hats to make up the tickets as perms or you can use a group wheel from a book like Robert Serotic&#x27;s The Only Way to Win Lotto. BobP</p>]]></description>
