I think they should have kept Lotto South. This game is terrible and not interesting to people CASH Only. I hope there are no more 1st prize booby prizes in the future. I rather see people win 5 numbers or less.

Somebody won last night. It looks like they're selling about 1.2 to 1.5 million dollars worth per last night's drawing, probably much less in the middle of the week.

The WA Unlucky for Life online game, which did not have a cash option, was replaced last year by the Lucky for Life scratch, which gives winners a CHOICE of $1000-a-week or $750,000 lump sum. The lack of a cash option obviously hurt the online version, something OR and other states need to learn.

I agree dvdiva. When people win lots of money, they get taxed by Uncle Sam. It's not worth it.

I think the lucky for life game in WA state died from low sales for two reasons. People finally realized that 52k pre-tax isn't a lot for a lottery prize. The game is really not worth it to older players or those worried about their health.

What an embarrassment! Six drawings and still no booby prize, and now a drawing without a $52,000 winner. The novelty of this game is wearing off quickly.
