			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hmm...suppose you have a number or text in cell A1.  A1 could also contain nothing.  You could try this:<br /><br />=IF(ISNUMBER(A1),A1,  )<br /><br />If A1 contains any number, excel will return that number.  If the cell A1 contains text or is blank it will return nothing (because of the double quotation marks, which is the  IF Not  part of the formula).  You could make it return whatever you wanted when there is no number in A1 by replacing the double quotation marks with a ref to another cell or by adding a</p>]]></description>
