I prefer to play jackpot games as well, even though the odds of me winning anything big is huge. But every now and then, I like to play Pick 3. I actually believe that some people may be able to make a living from Pick 3. If you play somewhere like Betslips and do .25 bets over time, you could win a good amount and not spend too much. Plus there are some people who are pretty good a picking numbers.

Hmmmnnn, All very interesting (and informative responses!). It does appear the odds are better with the Pick 3's and 4's. STEADY is the keyword

Well if you want to win more often and have better odds, your best bet is to play pick 3 or pick 4. If you want to win big your best bet would be to play Pick 5 and 6 games, although the odds are higher.

Even if the odds are 1 out of 2, I would pick wrong. Therefore, I prefer the games that will set me up for life if and when I ever hit the numbers . P5 games are the ones I prefer. I don't feel that anyone will ever make a living off the lottery. At best they will make a few thousand more than they spend and that will occur over a long period of time.

its simple.you could win 5 grand or 9 grand if its in the state lottery or online in the pick 4 games.odds aren't in the millions or almost millions or half millions.you have a one in 10,000 chance of winning some big money.i love pick 4.its paid my bills! i mean powerball is fun but c'mon and smell the coffee here.who do you see on here bragging they won 10 grand or whatever matching 4 out of 5 plus the red ball??? not putting down powerball or mega millions.ok? the thing can be easily figure... The odds against a pick 3 are 999:1

Against a Pick 4, 9999:1

Against most scrsatchers, chances are 1 in 4 to 6 of winning something - which includes a freee ticket, actually a push), naturally the odds are much higher for big prized

Little Lotto , Pick 5, etc...for example Illinois Little Lotto, which is a 5 / 39 game, the odds of hitting the jackpot are 575,757:1

Statistically, what game(s) have the better odds of producing winners? Consistently winning a $1,000.00 or so, even $200.00, here and there is better than winning none at all . Ooops, that's a typo. BB is supposed to be PB.
