I think it's twice a year or so. 15 million pounds is 28+ million US in tax-free cash for a 6/49 game. I'm getting tickets since I just noticed the unexpected announcement. Can't really find a pattern in the past winning numbers though. Might use some loosing numbers from other tickets.
