You can look for trends or you can try to balance every thing. By that I mean that over time the Odds and Evens will equal the same and the Highs and Lows will equal the same.

Georgia = 7 draws 2 doubles

Michigan = 8 draws 2 doubles

Ohio = 7 draws 1 double (4 draws back)

South Carolina = 8 draws 4 doubles

I am not suggesting how to use that information, I just thought you should know about the doubles.
