I would have done this for

Well look at that!!!! NJ midday had 8712, another 817 pair.....playing all ten combos would have yielded back to back wins

That number you mention (0819) is actually the second example I mentioned in my original post!!! I played the 1950, 1951, and 1952 for that draw.....that draw was off the 6/18 eve P3 195 (Root sum 6).

Something else I've noticed in P4 - In your example for New Jersey, the evening draw on 6-19 was 0819 --- it has the 81 you're looking for ...

0819 = 18 and you have the 8 - but not as root sum

8715 = 21 = 3 which is mirror of your out-digit 8

so maybe play root sum 6,7,8,1,2,3
