			<description><![CDATA[<p>Actually.....  since we are playing Single to Single on P4 and Doubles hit around 50% of the time.... unlike P3 the hit rate will change.<br /><br />A good way to think of how often each of the 6 Position Orders will be expected to show up are ..... about once every 6 single hits.<br /><br />If your state P4 has just had a string of doubles ...... you have to wait for 6 single numbers to go by before one of thes 6 are due or over due. Singles only hit around 182 times a year in a 365 draw P4 game.</p>]]></description>

Doubles don&#x27;t count.... go from Single  number to single number only.<br /><br />Let&#x27;s keep up with the odd....even and High...
