Massachusetts has a subscription service, with no residency restrictions, but it doesn't allow anonymity to winners. Eventually, a state lottery will marry the two and it will be a winner.

Yes, the Illinois lottery has a subscription service, but subscribers must have an Illinois mailing address to participate.

Illinois offers subscription tickets. I get the e-mails every night for the Little Lotto results, have been getting them for three years. In those three years I think I've seen two subscription ticket winners.

If you search anonymous here on the board there's been several threads about it. I'm sorry I can't remember which memeber posted this, but there was one about someone winning a jackpot and having to go to court to reamin anonymous, and thus becoming famous for winning their case... [ More ]

Yes, Delaware State law allows all Delaware Lottery winners to remain anonymous.
