			<description><![CDATA[<p>Illinois offers subscription tickets. I get the e-mails every night for the Little Lotto results, have been getting them for three years. In those three years I think I&#x27;ve seen two subscription ticket winners.<br /><br />If you search  anonymous  here on the board there&#x27;s been several threads about it.
