			<description><![CDATA[<p>J,<br /><br />I agree, I think the LP prediction board is an excellent place to test any lottery theory or system.  It may have flaws but they apply equally to every predictions.<br /><br />I prefer using a system to pick numbers even if it doesn&#x27;t work because I enjoy the challenge of picking a winner even when I lose (more enjoyment for the buck). Most of the systems I&#x27;ve seen around here are just intricate ways of re-randomizing or rearranging numbers. In the end, I guess it doesn&#x27;t really matter if you can cash for more than you&#x27;re pumping into the lottery. The prediction board assign match 5=$5000, match 4=$100 and match 3=$5 for all pick 6 games including 6/49 games.  According to West Virgina lottery website the state actually pays a lot less for its 6/25 game. Since most lottery prizes are 10% or less of odds of the dollars spent:dollars won, a system must be capable of beating the odds by at least 1000% consistently.  Anyone who designed such a system would have no reasons to be ashame if it won the jackpot more than once</p>]]></description>

I&#x27;ve spent a great deal trying my wheeling system and came to a conclusion that unless i input the winning numbers and generate enough tickets then i am literally throwing money away. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>A good system for smaller games like Pick 3, Pick 4 should over time win more $ than is spent playing on the same games... but for jackpot games it&#x27;s different because you can win one time your whole life and justify everything spent up to then. I&#x27;d gladly use a system that missed all 6 balls every time until one time it got all 6 at once. It might lose $500 a year with nothing to show for it and then win $50 million</p>]]></description>

I think a lottery system can be as simple as buying a few quick-picks or complicated as analyzing past drawings and wheeling or picking combinations of hot, cold and over due numbers.
