The download links were provide because the Pick3/Pick4 Hot/Cold Counters do not appear on Paurths Webpage. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Sorry, I should be more specific.<br /><br />I&#x27;m looking for a tool that will give me how times a number, 0-9 came out in posistion #1, posistion #2 and posistion # 3.<br /><br />Between a set of dates; example July 16th and January 3rd - example 0 came out 5 times in pos #1, 1 came out 19 times in posistion #1, 2 was 9 times, 3 was 7 times, etc. 0 came out 10 times in posistion #2, 1 came out 23 times in posistion #2, etc. Same for posistion #3.<br /><br />I may have over looked something on Paurth&#x27;s blog or web pa... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/137906/642281">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
