I know people often need time to grieve and mourn, but try to look at it this way. Although it hurts that she is gone, you must have many happy memories, wonderful things many people will never experience or understand. Many of us have no idea what it's like to hear a parent say I love you. I don't know if this helps, but people always say children are a gift, and there is no doubt in my mind this is true. Sorry about your loss Tang. My heart goes out to you and your family. I agree with telling your family you love them everyday. I lost my son 8 yrs ago and still regret not telling him I loved when he left the house that day.

Tang - my mom passed away 2 years ago, and I feel the same way you do. I'm 47, and I still get a tear in my eye every couple of days, even though she was quite old, I still kinda expected her to live 'forever'.

My dad died when I was 8, so it's always been just me and mom - I just kinda always expected her to 'be there'.....

I'm so sorry to hear your loss. I understand very well what you are going through. I, too, lost my parents not so long ago, and those times were most devastating. Oh, so, so painful; and I still get so teary-eyed when I think of them. But life goes on...

Yes, we surely must show our love ones that we love them, and tell them today. For tomorrow may never come. Hope you're doing fine.

On yesterday, after a long journey of life here on this earth, my mom passed away and I've never been so heart broken before in my life. Life is so precious and if you have family tell them you love them every chance you get because you just never know when you will see them for the last time.
