They know from the past that weather conditions in Indiana traveling a certain direction and speed have produced certain weather conditions in Ohio a certain percent of the time.  The closer the weather gets, the more accurate their predictions. Who knows ...if the commission sees a lot of straight winners in a certain radius or area they could eliminate all thos numbers in that area from ( at least ) the computer drawings....but if they were spread over the state...they couldn&#x27;t tell<br /><br />if it was only one person winning.<br /><br />Take like a tiny state as Rhode Island....I&#x27;d travel all over to buy my numbers...not just stay in one area</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I think you&#x27;re correct.  It woud be dangerous knowledge.<br /><br />There used to be a saying about the 1917 Winchester (WWI) .30-06.   It kills on one end and maims on the other.<br /><br />I suspect the knowledge you&#x27;re describing would act similarly with the person who had it, but not carefully enough, and with the people whom it was passed onto with too little care.<br /><br />There used to be a play about someone who found a Monkey God idol somewhere and the curse it pased on ......
