They are blocking 1010 because if you have been following the C4 lately, 0's have been very active. Try playing 1010 as 1100 and 1001 for 50 cents.

Well you can add the third time to Oregon for that number..it caught it monday nite 0011

Any particular state? I've been playing 1100 for approximately 2 weeks. Don't know why I started playing it. I buy it early in the morning for midday and evening.

I will tell you one more thing also..when I cycled the midday draws from the past and was looking for that Number..OREGON git it both times...what do you think the chances will be it gets it a Third time..

My sheets are showing it coming..could be this week or next week or week after..who knows..but I do believe it is coming or one of the members in its family..(Mom= 1000) Dad= 1110..and they have a lovely set of twins..0011...LOL

Yes if your state has a liability on payouts then they do limit the amount of tickets sold on numbers. That number for some reason tends to be a very very popular number. So if you want to play it make sure you get it early.

Here in Michigan we don't have a liability cap. This number came up as 1010 on April 15, 2004 and they had to payout over $15,000,000 to the people that bought that number. Your state is just too chicken to do the same....haha

Whats the deal!!!!! For the past 3 days i havent been able to purchase a pick 4 ticket for 1010 straight str/box or box something about liability purposes? maybe a lot of people bought those numbers and maybe they are fixing to hit? i dont understand
