So if 23 hangs out with 69 and 00 When we see 23 we should expect to see

69,19,14,64, or 00,05,55

and the brother and Sisters of 23 , 28,78,73

and maybe they might hang out together once and a while

Did you hang out with certain friends.

So the Question is Do pairs hang out?

Does 23 hang out with 69 and 00?
