			<description><![CDATA[<p>If you were to bring back MUSL Annuity4Life, would there be a cash option (and I would hope all jurisdictions participating would offer it, unlike the new multi-state Lose for Life, in which only VA gives players a choice)?<br /><br />Interesting that ME-NH-VT are considering a Lose for Life game, since New Hampshire offered Annuity4Life.</p>]]></description>
