			<description><![CDATA[<p>As far as sports gambling and lottery stuff goes, it will be where you put money in an account, and then tell someone else to bet on your behalf, but if it&#x27;s online Poker or games where you have seconds to place a bet or ante up, that would appear to be done.<br /><br />Then again, hey - maybe they will hire me at $100,000 a year to keep an eye on all of YOU folks out here ! 			<description><![CDATA[<p>It&#x27;s against the law to jaywalk. It&#x27;s against the law to do many things. There are so many laws out there now that they aren&#x27;t all being enforced. Enforcement is the key, and there is already no room in the prisons. With all the govt has to chase after, I really doubt they are going to start putting little  old ladies in jail for playing 25 cent bets on lotto.
