			<description><![CDATA[<p>Wow, congrats guys! My husband won with QP on the WA state lottery back in 2003.  That was back when the lotto was pick 5 then a power ball.  He was 1 diget(not number) off.  I am not sure which numbers in the sequence were correct.  We ended up winning $700.   Back in 1992 or 1993 we got 5 out of 6 numbers correct in the TX state lottery.  I don&#x27;t remember what we won.  I think that was before QP&#x27;s, not sure what numbers we used.  Anyway, hopefully our luck will change.<br /><br />GLTA</p>]]></description>
