I agree with George... That matrix reminds me of a tool that's out there in LotteryLand where you look for recent matching hits in certain weeks, you then choose your next picks by selecting numbers that you feel will fall in the near future based on what you see.

Maybe....just maybe.....this table starts 18 weeks ago and the digits are in most to least occuring for that week from top to bottom and after 3 weeks 18 -17- 16 you search for number(digits) moving up to pick your numbers for the next week

Heck...Maybe this table creates 60 of the best combos to play as boxed Pick 3 plays for maximum fun and profit if you read the horizontal rows 3 digits at a time...or...maybe not...

There are 18 columns in total, each containing digits 0 to 9 once, hence, 18 X 0, 18 X 1, 18 X 2, etc. right up to digit 9, as noted by Paurths. Looking at and observing the horizontal rows created with the data, my mind is blank this morning at 4:38 AM EST in SW Ontario, Canada.

I'm not sure exactly what is meant or what is being shown or demonstrated by the author with this chart, but what I do see is that every vertical line or column in the chart starting from left to right, and vice-versa, contains the entire 10 digits of a Pick 3/4 game from 0 to 9 exactly once per column, but in different locations in each column. This must be the long form of some positional wheel.

Okay, we have each digit repeating an equal amount of times.

That are, using the mathematical average, 60, not even unique pick3 combo's. (e.g. 152 repeats twice the first 6 digits)

Other than that, i don't see anything there.

Enlighten us, Fibonacci....

Machine code is binary code, that is zeroes and ones.

Assembly code is HEX code, that is hexadecimal.

But it would be nice to have or know a cracking code.

To me the real code are all the stats of all the very many patterns.

Ya'all are scaring me. Should this be under the mystical forum? I mean this might be the meaning of life and how to crack the lottery all- in-one. I guess I should not get my hopes up. Maybe if we convert that list of numbers to hex or binary it might tell us something.
