			<description><![CDATA[<p>when you open up a post with a poll suppose you don&#x27;t want to vote on any of the choises but instead would rather discard your vote either because none of the questions applied to you or you wanted to see how others voted.<br /><br />but once you discard your vote as Rickg said you cannot change your mind and vote again as you disguarded you vote.</p>]]></description>
