I think the winner may not be a resident of NC...because no one from my state has came forward yet to claim it. Hey I maybe wrong ....but everybody I know who plays here said if it was them they would of been camped out on the front steps of the headquarters that next morning. I do not think I would have done that but you can bet I would be on my way to Raleigh VERY SOON to claim it

true enough-- the numbers don't know which state ,but for every new state that has gotten the powerball they had a jackpot winner.

Obviously my last post is a joke. That is great that we got a powerball winner so quickly! SC did the same thing after they joined if I'm not mistaken. By the way, the numbers don't know which state the winners are from ... just a coincidence
