First off, congrats to those players that have a knack for winning !

On a sidenote: Can lottery officials deter a person on the attire they wear at press conference time?? Its almost like being back in school with dress codes....

I like the idea of the promoting Lotterypost if its a member here! We support the right to play, the officials can show leniency in supporting a citizen in freedom of expressing pride in this fine site!

Which cap do you have? I have the white one with black brim - it's actually a good hat. I wear the t-shirts all time. My favorites are the black ones with small pocket logo.

Depends on the bet. Most states' payout percentage on a straight bet is 50%, therefore your prediction percentage would have to be 2% on a Pick 3 game straight bet to break even. A rule of thumb when this payout percentage is in effect would be twice the odds of hitting the bet.
