Oh, gee. Just saw Rick G's post after I wrote this. BTW, I think Dick Clark was on TV last year. He had a stroke, but I'm sure I've seen him as a TV host. Maybe it wasn't New Year's Eve. I can't remember what I had for breakfast, so I guess I shouldn't try to remember what I saw a year ago.

Ok, I'm officially OLD now, so that means I will get up and watch the Parades in their entirety.

After that:

11 am - Penn State/Tennessee

11:30 - Auburn/Nebraska (nap time...)

1 pm - Georgia Tech/West Virginia

1 pm - Arkansas/Wisconsin

5 pm - Michigan/USC (wake-up time)

8 pm - Oklahoma/Boise State (nap time again

I had 20 years of casino work so look at it a little different. In fact if you ever see me in a casino on New year's Eve, DUCK! (or anytime)

It's one night that you really dread when working in them. Drunk players, drunk bosses, beefs on the games, people smoking absolutely awful stinking comp cigars, cheats and pickpockets all over the place, etc.......

Speaking on the casino boat they are alot of fun...2 years ago I netted 700.00 and won the costume contest another 250.00 on the sterling casino boat in cape canaveral..

last year I was in san jose costa rica and won a couple hundred but ate and drank all night for free!!!

so I hope my new years luck continues on the sun cruz boat in cape canveral...and yes the cig smoke is heavy...

Have you done that before? That sounds like fun. I was invited to party on one here that sails from Fort Myers Beach, but I am afraid of losing money I can't afford to spend. I heard the food is great and it's all free. I'd have to stay outside since people are allowed to smoke on the ship.
