			<description><![CDATA[<p>You&#x27;re still not getting it.<br /><br />If a ticket sells for one dollar, one dollar of what you pay buys that ticket unlike some companies we don&#x27;t speak of here that charge much more and bank the bet and pay a fraction of the prize.<br /><br />The second dollar is the service charge that pays for a person to drive to the store and buy that ticket for you.  You should be able to estimate the cost of paying a person to do that and their expenses. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Wanted to know if anyone knew why Betslips charges $2 per play<br /><br />on most jackpot games when the states charge $1?  And you have<br /><br />to at least purchase $10 worth?  Now I know about the min $10 credit<br /><br />card charge rule which makes sense cause the money is on your Betslips account<br /><br />but in the jackpot games you have to purchase $10 worth each order??<br /><br />Is anyone familiar with this</p>]]></description>
