Any System I have that makes profit I will keep using as long as the game remains the same. I've never heard of number counting like in Blackjack, being used in Lottery. It doesn't make a lot of sense because in Blackjack the cards are removed from the stack so you're trying to guess what cards are still in there, but Lottry draws don't eliminate numbers so there is nothing to count .

I would certainly be willing to travel to neighboring states (as I do sometimes) but if I can make profit... [ More ]

I would set players in each state and let them play for me..I would give them what numbers to play..It would be a 24/7 job...The more money i make the more money my players in each state make too...Specially in states that have the game twice a day....

More important than winning the state's lotteries is the movie Red Planet ..

to Adolph; I would like to be a beta-tester for Mass. pick 4 daily with one of your systems if you know anyone that has back tested one of them that has proven to be profitable in Mass. which one do you suggest trying/ waiting to hear. thanks

Interesting you brought this up, I'm working on something similar. They're an Oscillation, Convergence and Divergence Test for Randomness. The Oscillation Test is nearly the same as Card Counting and based on equal probability. I need a few more tests and workouts to finalize the topic(s).

The work in progress continues to improve but all its programs are in GWBasic so it's a bunch of DOS programs running in Windows which is fine for my personal use but have no appeal to the average lottery player. It continues to reveal facts about lotteries that's starting to convince me that a winning system may just be a dream for the casual lottery player on a limited budget. That's the way I decide if an idea about picking numbers is worth considering, I'm sure others have their own ways.

I assume you know about my software from my posts in other threads, my software is still a work in progress. I've not only mentioned it in those threads but have even explained it in details when exchanging ideas with other members using PMs. If you've checked my prediction statistics then you know I'm not winning any jackpots or second prizes using it.

I usually check the prediction statistics of the member posting a system, they are a good indicator of whether the poster is posting anything worth considerations.

I agree with you on the System cannot hit 100% of the time. Even it if it hits two weeks straight, there will be a time when it will cold out before it returns.. The most I have gone without a pick 3 hit in GA was 4 draws until this week.. I have gone 7 draws with no hit..(Last hit was Wednesday. It is now Sunday.. what a bummer..) It has been frustrating. (Whats up?) .. However, I am not a greedy person, so there has never been a thought of betting the house on a number or group of numbers.... [ More ]

This is why folks only disclose maybe 50% of their 'systems', I am no different.

For me, the main reason I don't disclose the real guts is because I don't want to be responsible if someone looks at my theories, then bets the house, and then are homeless: NO system is 100%, hell, no system is a consistent 40%. I have (some) scruples.

Some other reasons I don't disclose everything is there are sooooooooo many variables involved that you really have to be looking at 4 things at the same... [ More ]

No you didn't. Until the lottery starts to discard numbers after they're used your counting system can't possibly be like the blackjack card counting system, and definitely can't even come close to guaranteeing a profit.

Know this everyone, Thorp's book, Beat the Dealer did indeed do marvels for the game of 21....while educating the players that they only need to beat the dealer and not play to get 21 every hand, it also did more than anything else to popularize the game of 21 and increase revenue for the house!

That book created a lot of jobs for a lot of 21 dealers, true story.

Thorp's system is based on when more of the lower numbered cards are discarded, leaving more face cards in the remaining deck, the player has the advantage. Which lottery game discards drawn numbers until the deck is reshuffled
