For those who might not be aware of this, Boxed filtering is not just for boxed Combos , but also for Straight pick 3 numbers, that is right, with boxed filters you can also filter-out or DEFLATE straight combos.

One more thing, there is another good set of filters that you might want to use and maybe ask Todd to sometime in the future include into his Deflate tools.

It can be named in more than one way, it is the difference in digits between the digits of the Lowest Pair, the MIddle... [ More ]

Having both modes, Include and Exclude, does save a lot of time and work.

On filters both modes are needed when there are way too many choices of filters' patterns, such as with pairs and mostly with pairs by position, be straight or any order (By position).

For the right use of pairs filters is better to have good stats for them, but I have used them with good results at times with hardly any stats at all, but filtering without proper stats is more limited and risky at least more often... [ More ]

Really great Todd,

I just deflated 90 past draws in a state using only 6 prs and it pulled the results out FASSSSSSSSST.

An all sorted by tier level too. WOW

I think other players will enjoy the added feature to the deflate tool.

There is help text at the bottom in case anyone needs some extra help understanding the purpose of the two modes. Inclusive keeps every number touched by any of the selected pairs, and exclusive removes every number touched by any of the un-selected pairs.

Remember back on May 2006 when I made a few predictions on the thread by Delores at the Pick 3 forum and got the winning number 5 times on the same prediction, 1 time straight and 4 times boxed?

Guess which filter did it?

Did you said Pairs , if you did, you are right, it was the pairs filter who got it on a few less than 80 straight combos, it missed only 1 boxed combo out of all 6 winning numbers.

That is correct. Any order

I have a few comments about what it could be used for players unaware of its potential.

Players that do not have tracking tools could use it in their deflate past results to find what a pair(s) have hit with in that search.
