			<description><![CDATA[<p>Having both modes, Include and Exclude, does save a lot of time and work.<br /><br />On filters both modes are needed when there are way too many choices of filters&#x27; patterns, such as with pairs and mostly with pairs by position, be straight or any order (By position).<br /><br />For the right use of pairs filters is better to have good stats for them, but I have used them with good results at times with hardly any stats at all, but filtering without proper stats is more limited and risky at  least more often... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/147641/739781">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
