			<description><![CDATA[<p>It would be neat if Betslips or other reputable online sites would offer state raffles.  They probably could make a mint.  Just a thought.  I guess it would be impossible for them to have people in all of those states to go buy the tickets.  Or maybe it wouldn&#x27;t be profitable, since there are so many small tiers to the prizes.<br /><br />If I could buy some of those tickets in Maryland online I would do it.</p>]]></description>
