The lotteries may be watching post on forums like this.

How ever with ball drawn lotteries there is no way they can rig what numbers come up.

What we have is that lotteries have pre draws to test their equipment and to make sure that the balls being used for the draw are not flawed in any way. That is to insure randomness in the draws.
