Yes here in NY we have 2 20.00 scratchers,win for life spectacular and extravaganza.You can goto nylottery.org to check them out. Also i believe in conn they have a 30.00 scratcher

We've had $20 scratch off's in FL for at least a year or so, not sure since when since I don't buy scratch-offs.
